Hi! My name is Noah Eastman.

I am a licensed psychotherapist who has served many individuals and couples in the Bay Area. I obtained my Master’s degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from CIIS in 2021. I have a background working in community mental health, elementary schools, homeless shelters, the carceral system, as well as providing mental health counseling at summer camp! I have been part of a long standing men’s group, led drama therapy groups, and facilitated healing containers to talk about things like shadow work, and a good death.

My clients would describe me as gentle, and sturdy; honest, and tender; a compassionate mirror. I offer myself as a deep listener and help you make connections from your present experience to the past. I hold space for your strength and beauty to grow. I welcome your hesitant, insecure, and anxious parts. You will feel that I am with you every step of the way. You will start to feel less alone, and more accepting of the ways you have tried your best to navigate a messy, and chaotic world.

The clients that choose to work with me are those that are ready to shed the old ways, to discover their unique contribution to the world, and to attract deeper love and connection, purpose, meaning, pleasure, and joy!!!

  • I am a trauma-informed, somatic psychotherapist offering in person/online therapy in the East Bay. I use parts work, mindfulness, and somatic methods to guide you into a deeper relationship to your self. I will sit with you through the transitions of life and support you on your journey towards a fierce aliveness.

  • I am not enough. That was the mantra of my life for so long.

My journey has been one of accepting myself completely as I am.

I hold space for others as an offering, to be the person I needed growing up.

I was conditioned as a man to be stoic, callous, always have the answers, to not make mistakes, or be ignorant.

I have worked on challenging these rigid boxes called gender norms in my own life, and have attracted a loving community by asking for help.

I have been fortunate enough to have had many amazing teachers in the healing arts—meditation, energetics, Buddhism, indigenous practices, poetry, Tantra.

I consider myself a sponge who oozes out the wisdom and guidance I have received in an act of giving back and paying it forward.

I channel my vibrant inner world through poetry, improv, and dancing.

I find joy in the garden, riding my bike, and backpacking in the Sierras.
