Depression and anxiety

Anxiety is a way to protect your body from perceived threat—learn to be less vigilant and comfortable in your body.

Couples

Relationships lift us up and make us feel seen and loved, but they also, trudge up our most fierce protectors.

Childhood Trauma

Trauma has us stuck in the past, vigilant and protected, in an attempt to avoid the pain we once felt at the hands of the other.

My approach

When we find a safe space to freely express ourselves, our body and mind will naturally find a way to unburden from the past and move towards healing and growth.

Using a combination of Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, drama therapy, somatic regulation tools, and mindfulness, we will deepen your self-awareness and support your ability to stay grounded, move through difficult emotions and be present in your body.

When you begin to open about your feelings of isolation, disconnection, and anxiety, it gets better.
