FAQs

  • Please call me to discuss fees, as my rates vary for different services. I do offer a limited number of sliding scale fee slots to individuals and couples that would not otherwise be able to afford therapy. Sliding scale fees are based on your household income.

If for any reason I am unable to provide what you need, I will help you to find a therapist that offers what you are seeking.

  • At this time, no. I only offer telehealth sessions.

  • At present, I do not take insurance and am considered as “out of network”. I can provide monthly statements for you to submit to your insurance company. It is advisable to check with your insurance provider to ensure their coverage aligns with your financial requirements. Here are a few sample questions that you can ask:

Does my insurance policy include coverage for mental health treatment?

What is the deductible, and how much do I have to pay before insurance starts covering the treatment?

How many therapy sessions are covered by my insurance policy each year?

What is the amount that insurance covers for each therapy session?

Is it necessary to have my doctor’s approval for the therapy sessions?

  • The duration of therapy differs by individual. Depending on your goals, I can speak to what my expectations are at the outset of treatment.

  • Cancellations must be made 48 business hours prior to the scheduled appointment otherwise the full fee will be charged. Missed appointments will also incur the full session fee.
